What you're buying

A digital book in PDF format. There is no physical copy. The product page describes its contents. You need a device that can open PDF files.

Price and payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, VAT is added at checkout where the law requires it. Checkout is run by Payhip, and payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal. When the site shows a launch price, it shows the date it ends, and the regular price applies after that date.

Delivery

As soon as the payment goes through, you get a download page and an email with a download link. If nothing arrives within an hour, check your spam folder and then write to us.

7-day money-back guarantee

If the book isn't for you, reply to your receipt email or write to us within 7 days of buying, and you'll get a full refund to the same payment method. No reason needed.

Right of withdrawal for EU and UK consumers

Consumers in the EU and UK normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content delivered straight away, that right ends once the download starts, as long as you agreed at checkout to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you would lose the right. Our 7-day guarantee applies to you as well, whatever the case.

How you can use the book

The book is licensed to you for personal use. Please don't share the file, resell it or post it online. Short quotations with a credit are fine.

About the content

The book is a work of popular history. Each fact cites its sources, and disputed points are marked as such. Patton's Rescript is independent and isn't affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. Army, the Department of Defense or the Patton family.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country where you live. Beyond those rights, our liability for any purchase is limited to the price you paid.

Law and complaints

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you have a complaint, write to us first and we'll reply within 7 days. Consumers can also contact the consumer protection authority in their own country.
